THE TRUTH!!!! The school system provides some, but far from all, funding required for our student athletic programs to function. This is where the Boosters step in. The Creekside Knights Athletic Booster Club (CKABC for short) has been extremely active the past few years and our student athletes are the ones who have benefited.

Let me walk you through some of the projects completed or assisted by the Boosters in recent years:

• New Knights Store e-commerce site embedded in the new Boosters website
• New Administration Offerings to Help Our Athletic Coaches Focus on Coaching, Not Back Office Work

How can the Boosters do all this? Through our amazing Members and Corporate Sponsors. The membership fees do not go to waste at Creekside and our Corporate Sponsors have been busy supporting projects and initiatives for our athletes. The Booster Board has been reinvigorated post Covid to deliver the highest level of impact for student athletes. New Board members and Committees have been added to expedite new initiatives and bring new capabilities to our Boosters organization. All with the singular focus to create the best possible environment for our student athletes with the highest quality resources/gear available.

What can you do to help your student's athletic experience at Creekside?

• JOIN THE BOOSTERS!!!! It is that simple and it does not cost that much for our entry level plan. Our upper tier plans also offer amazing savings on included ticket packages so you don't have to deal with buying tickets the day of games. • VOLUNTEER!!!! We are making it extremely simple to volunteer. Our new online Volunteer sign up process found in our new Booster Mobile App and Booster Website will allow you to find the event for which you wish to volunteer and sign up with just a few clicks. It is super simple and quick to stay connected with those leading the volunteer effort through our mobile app.

• BUY KNIGHTS GEAR!!!! Our new ecommerce store is available now. Go to https://creeksideknights.boosterhub.com/store/4421 and get some gear for you, your kids and your family. We are not a retailer or manufacturer so we have partnered with a company that can print/create on demand and ship the products to your house so that we do not have to manage inventory or waste money on items that do not sell. Another effort to be as efficient as possible with the money we raise for our student athletes.

• GET INVOLVED!!!! Our Boosters Board rotates board members about every 4 years due to graduating students so come help us run the Booster programs as a Board Member. We would love to have you join the board or be involved with our committees.

• HELP FUNDRAISE AND IDENTIFY CORPORATE SPONSORS!!!! It is not hard to do. Do you have a favorite place to eat, shop, play or work? Ask the manager or owner of that place if they would be interested in supporting a local athletic program and then have them go to https://creeksideknights.boosterhub.com/about/9277 for everything they need to know about our Corporate Sponsor programs. You don't have to try and sell them anything. Just ask the question and give them the website link. You don't even have to remember the link. It will be on your Booster Mobile App on your phone. Just show them on your phone. Our Director of Corporate Sponsors will happily discuss our programs with any interested corporate entity to find ways to make it mutually beneficial for them to sponsor our athletic programs.

As you can now see, the Boosters have been doing quite a bit behind the scenes at Creekside for your student athletes. Imagine what we could be doing if every parent and grandparent were to become a member and help us find just one Corporate Sponsor. Our student athletes would not be wanting for anything and Creekside would have the best facilities in the country.
